Many of you may already be aware of the case referenced in this article.  This definitely validates our model.  I would be pretty nervous right now if I was a plan fiduciary and didn’t know exactly what the revenue share was on my plan with 408b2 coming.  $35 million dollars is a big price to pay for not monitoring, benchmarking, or reclaiming revenue share.  This is a case our clients & prospects should be aware of.  I’m sure this will be the first of many.
